now I look bold for helping the old.

Thank you for the books and the everything.
Thank you for the water springs.

Thank you for the houses.
Thank you for the bighouse and doing all the things.
Thank you for the school and the yard.
Thank you for the peace.

Thank you for fun on Earth.
Thank you for the gum.
Thank you for all the things that you did.

You’re by far my favorite POTUS,
we troubled boats, you did help float us.
Your Supreme Court did help vote us
Equality Day speech you wrote us.

You taught us courage is in small acts
you stood for scientific facts
I’m happy now to pay my tax
because of the Affordable Care Act!

We’ll be sorry to see you go
in January ice and snow.
Before you leave us, you should know
you helped our peace and equality grow.
